January 30, 2016 – Junior World Cup – Burgos, Spain

We are very proud to announce and congratulate our 17 year old OLYMPIAN FENCING CLUB fencer from Saint Mary’s Hall School Farrah Lee-Elabd who represented USA at the World Cup in Burgos, Spain and won Bronze medal.  Farrah competed against the top 167 Junior Women’s Epee fencers from around the World.  Congratulations Farrah, we are very proud of you in your accomplishment and proudly representing US at the Junior World Cup in Spain!

Congratulations to Farrah and Robin in their long-lasting achievements throughout the years!

We are proud to celebrate our Olympian college-bound fencers Farrah Lee Elabd and Robin Cheong who will be attending Princeton University and Stanford University (Class of 2020) respectively.  Farrah and Robin are both seniors at Saint Mary’s Hall.  Their outstanding academic achievements combined with their passion for fencing enabled each student to be recruited to the Division 1 fencing college of their choice.  Farrah and Robin have been fencing since the age of 8 and 10 respectively.  Both are “A” ...

9 OLYMPIAN FENCING CLUB fencers competed in 8 events and they brought home 10 medals, Congratulations to all of our 9 fencers for their participation and good results this past weekend!!!  Congratulations to all OFC medal winners! Special recognition to Brendon Benavides who won the Gold medal in Junior Men’s Epee event and earning his highest A2016 classification, Big Congratulations!!!

December 18-20, 2015 – SYC & Cadet – Chicago, IL.

Congratulations to our three Musketeers who competed at Super Youth Circuit & Cadet fencing National tournament in Chicago, IL and came back with 2 medals.  Basis San Antonio student 11 year old Ricky Gonzalez finished 3rd and received Bronze medal in Youth 12 Men’s Epee event and his teammate also 11 years old Noah Pineda from St. Anthony Catholic School captured 8th place Finalist medal.  Ricky and Noah competed against the top 32 male athletes 12 years old and younger ...
